Woah! It's The Weekends Again!

Today, we learned more in-depth on repetition, personally I find repetition the most interesting out of the three (selection, sequence, and -of course- repetition). We also learned three new terms today: loop; loop body; and sentinel value, which plays a big role in repetition, right now. Also, we learned a new key phrase: exit when; which is a sentinel value. It is used so we don't have infinite loops, which are loops that goes on forever. Another thing that was interesting was that we had one of our VP's sit through the class with us, which was definitely something. Today the examples we looked at, all had numeric control values, which means we were to avoid the relational operator, = (equal to). This is because -well- Mr. Arkin told us that it would be dangerous to do that, so I'm just not going to. Today was a successful and productive class, we learned a lot, for the last 20 or so minutes, Mr. Arkin even gave us the time to finish our homework, repetition assignments 1 and 2. But for two we were assigned an extra task, it was to modify the code so the user can choose the starting and ending number. I'm already done that because it wasn't a lot and since it's more interesting than the other programs I did it pretty fast, which is pretty good for a weekend because this means I don't have to worry about ICS homework for the rest of the weekend. I can focus on my other homework, which are 3 projects, so I already have a lot on my hands, and this really helps me a lot. Hopefully I will be able to finish another one later on, and not have to worry about that one either. Of course, I'm going to try to enjoy my weekend, since it is the weekend. Hope you have a great weekend too!
